Room 2 client lounge: 10 X 10 hide-away with computer workstation with executive desk & chair, phone, mini-refrigerator, plus flat-screen closed-circuit video observation.
Both suites have video carts with TV sets, VCRs and DVD players, flip-charts, and various means for displaying exhibits.
Sessions can be recorded on VHS videotapes or on DVDs or on both.
Client lounges can be used for one-on-one and in-depth interviews.
Reception area
A large and tastefully appointed 450-square foot reception area greets focus group participants.
Kitchen
A spacious and modern 160 square foot kitchen is available, including a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee-maker and bottled-water dispenser.

- Wi-Fi - Wireless Internet access is available for those that bring their own notebook computers.
- Copying and Printing - A full-featured high-speed copier is on the premises. Black & white and full-color laser printers are also available for computers.
